Wishing to change my visa status to that of a permanent resident I enlisted the help of Mr. Hirai and his family’s legal business. I have found them nothing other than professional and efficient. Mr. Hirai has been willing to adjust his schedule to that of mine and is even prepared to open at the weekend. He always keeps me abreast of developments and responds to my emails promptly. His command of the English language is superlative and as such there are no problems with communication whatsoever. His office is very conveniently located for residents of Kyoto, like myself, and for those of Osaka and Kobe as well.
If I have any further need of legal assistance then I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Hirai again and would heartily recommend him to others requiring help.
